Mrs. Peck will always have a very special place in my heart. I first met her when I was only 2 at Floris Church (when she very kindly told my mom that there was a nursery she could take me to during service :) ) and from then on I grew up knowing her as my "adopted grandmother." I will always hold my memories of the Pecks very dear to my heart, whether it was a walk in the garden together or just chatting in their living room. Spending time with them both was always one of my favorite things and I learned so much from them. I am so blessed to have known them both and am so saddened to hear of Mrs. Peck's passing. Thinking of the family and the Herndon community in this time.
