David radiated such a positive outlook on life and was a true fighter as well as a true friend. He is someone loved dearly by those who were blessed to know him. Mourning his death is not an option but celebrating him and his accomplishments is what we need to do. We all have learned a lot from him, he will be forever missed and never forgotten. David, you have been a dear friend for many years, I love you like a brother and forever will. Rest in peace.
