Obituary of Alicia Mary Winterbottom

Sterling — Alicia Winterbottom, died Sunday the 2nd of September, 2018 at the age of 61.

Born in 1956 in New Britain, CT Alicia attended Simsbury High School. She went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1988.

Alicia started her career in accounting consulting and computer programming and later made a career change into sales before returning to bookkeeping and accounting.

Alicia enjoyed gardening at her home, spending time with family and friends, and being at the beach. Alicia always found room at the inn for anyone who somewhere to stay and loved making delicious meals that could feed a small army.

Alicia is predeceased by her parents, Robert and Eleanor and her brother Michael. She is survived by her husband Robert, sister Patrice, brother Robert, daughters: Tia, Serena, Marisa, Rhiannon, Angela and Amber, her son Chad, and seven grandchildren.
