Hoping for peace in this time of grief, Manav would often say “peace” instead of goodbye when we were leaving each other. He was the most shockingly funny person I ever knew. After saying something under his breath I would often would ask him, “did you really just say what I think you said?”, he’d say “yeah” and we’d both start laughing. He was a confidant, an excellent coworker, and a shining light that we at work were lucky enough to have known and be able to smile looking back at memories of him.

I still remember holding you in my arms, I still remember playing video games with you, I still remember you jumping all over me as an adorable little boy, I still remember you wheeling your little suitcase towards the house when you stayed over for a few weeks as a little child. So many precious memories from such a long time ago. I wish deeply in my heart it did not have to end this way. Yet for some reason I may never understand, it did.
We lost touch for a long time but I always remembered you in my heart.
I hope to see you when I pass, we can all be one happy family in perpetuity.

Hey Manav!
Why did you have to leave us so soon without any sign to let us know that you won’t be with us anymore. I really don’t believe you gone and left a big vacuum in our hearts. We all waited to see you at work after your day-off only to wait in vain. Anyhow, we still hoping to see you because it is unbelievable and unacceptable that you will build a unique team of co-workers and client in a short time and Just leave. You were the center of this unique team and if the center can not hold, things definitely falls apart. At Family Services Foundation Frederick branch, you are irreplaceable cause you were such a sweet human by nature always carrying a smiles and doing good. Everyone loved to see you around till we called you “Our Manav”
I can vividly remembered us calling each other every morning; Monday through Friday at about 8:00am to coordinate our day’s work. “who will pickup the guys?” And our answer to each other was “I got it or thumb up”.
I missed Manav
My sincere sympathy to the family.
