Obituary of Skylar Ann Dowdy

Skylar Ann Dowdy passed away unexpectedly on October 28, 2018.  She was born in Fairfax, Virginia on April 4, 2000 and lived in California, Tennessee, and Georgia before moving back to Herndon.  Skylar attended Westfield High School.  Skylar truly lived life to the fullest.  She had an infectious and contagious personality that would light up any room.  She loved hanging out with her friends and spending time with her brothers.  Skylar is survived by her parents  Jeremie Dowdy and Lisa Cochran; stepmother Gina Cole; brothers  Justin ,Peyton and Mason Dowdy; grandparents Chris Cochran, Sherry Reed (Rick) and Dusty Dowdy (Denise); uncle Jeffrey Cochran (Terri ) and Aunt Amber Fairfield;  and great  grandparents Riley and Shirley Fuhrhop.

Skylar was preceded in death by her maternal Grandfather Del Cochran.

A viewing will be held on Friday, November 2^nd from 5:00-8:00 pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Adams-Green Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
