The service and the write up was a beautiful tribute to an amazing man with a full life and wonderful family. Al and Cole are good friends and former neighbors. I met Stephen on a few occasions at gatherings at Al's house. Al is a lot like his dad with his love for gardening and keeping an impeccable yard. I always say, that apples don't fall too far from their tree. And, that is true here. A good man and a good family. He will live on in your hearts forever. Anne & Mike Rogers

Stephen was my uncle, my Dad's brother. He was a wonderful guy with a great sense of humor. I feel very lucky to have spent time with him and will remember him with great love and affection for the rest of my life.
The Parvins were the first people we met when we moved to Dellwood Drive in 1960. They had a wonderful family and everyone was very friendly. Their house was the last one on the street next to the creek. I remember the year of the big snow where the iced sled path ended in their back yard. The family was very fortunate to have such a wonderful father and husband.
