Obituary of Marian Castro Schott

Marian Castro Schott, 80, of Potomac Falls, VA, passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2018.  

Born on May 28, 1938 in Hagåtña, Guam, she was the daughter of the late Jesus and Tomasa Castro. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Kenneth C. Schott.

She is survived by her daughters Derreth Painter and Gwendolyn Schott, her grandchildren Desmarais (Nathan Good), Clifton, and Roman Painter, her sister Lourdes Castro, her brother Ferdinand Castro, and numerous nieces and nephews.     

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Potomac Falls. The family will receive friends following the service in the parish hall. Private burial will follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.
