Obituary of Marilyn Louise Martin

Marilyn Louise Martin, 64, died December 16th, 2018, after a long battle with ALS. 

Marilyn was born on May 16th, 1954 in Pampa, Texas.  In 1975 she gratuated from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Education, and in 1977 graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting Concentration.  She worked for over 20 years as a health care professional in many departments within Reston Hospital and Kaiser Permanente.  She loved needlepoint, cooking, travel, bowling, and going to the theater.

She is survived by her husband Robert Martin, son Lee Martin, daughter Alice Martin, sister Carolyn Thomas, and brother George Butler.  She was predeceased by her mother Carole Sue Butler and father Darrell Butler.
