Obituary of Robert Buxton Broad

Robert Broad, 82, died December 20 at his home in Reston. 

Born in Detroit to Clifford and Florence Broad, Bob was a graduate of the University of Florida College of Engineering.  He is survived by Lyn, his high school sweetheart and wife of 60 years.  A pianist since childhood, Bob filled her life with music, curiosity and humor, dogs, golf and a love of the outdoors. He leaves also his cherished son, Christopher Robert Broad and his wife Susan, and grandchildren Christopher, Jack and Kate.

A memorial service is planned for after the new year.
