Fagan, Charles Alton (Age 65)
On Sunday, October 16, 2011 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. Beloved husband of Faye A. Glace; devoted father of George E. Fagan and Chuck (Geena) Leming; brother of Velma Kirby, Robert and Willam Fagan. He is also survived by three Grandchildren, Jaymie, Jessica, and Jordan. The Family will receive friends at ADAMS-GREEN FUNERAL HOME, 721 Elden Street , Herdon, VA on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 6 until services at 7 PM. Interment will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Browns Chapel Cemetery in Vienna, Va at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Washington Metro Area Chapter H.D.S.A 8303 Arlington Blvd. Suite 210 Fairfax, Va 22031
