Obituary of Jesse Roosevelt Forbes

LTC US Army Retired Jesse Roosevelt Forbes age 75 of Reston Va. went home to be with the Lord on March 11, 2009. He was born in Greenville N.C. on January 31, 1934. He had a distinguished military career, and was an active member of Christian Fellowship Church in Ashburn Va. Mr. Forbes was the son of Ernest T. & Ruby Faison Forbes, surviving are his beloved wife Ernestyne Thompson Forbes, his chershed children Renata Christian, Jesse Forbes Jr., Angela Woods & Christian Forbes, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, and 9 brothers and sisters. Funeral Services will be held Friday March 27, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Christian Fellowship Church 21673 Beaumede Circle Ashburn Va. 20146, were visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will full military honors is scheduled for Tuesday May 12, 2009 at 1 p.m. (kindly meet at the administration building at 12:30 p.m.) Memorial Donations in Mr. Forbes memory may be made to Capitol Hospice
