Dearest Susie and family, I was so saddened to hear of Warren's passing. He was one of the warmest, hardest working, most sincere men I have ever had the priveledge to know. Over the years, I have never crossed his path without leaving feeling better. Sterling Park will miss him terribly, and I, personally will miss him as well. Your family will be in our prayers, but I hope the county will pray for the Park because we have lost our champion. with love, the Kuhns

Mr.Geurin was a breathe of fresh air when he would arrive at school with his wide smile and his ever caring manner. Warren cared about the students and the teachers. His efforts in the field of education were from the heart and he didn't quit until a solution was found for the problem. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.

I first met Warren when I was appointed to represent the Leesburg District on Citizen's Tax Equity, Warren had been appointed to represent the Sterling District. Warren was elected our leader by unanimous vote and had to chair a group that probably strained his copious leadership and parliamentary procedure skills. He was a wonderful friend, a source of great advice and wisdom, and by his own exemplary conduct showed us all how to love our community by active and dedicated involvement. I miss him terribly and will never forget him.

My deepest condolences go out to the family of Mr. Warren Geurin. He will be missed by our entire community. What a great, kind, and compassionate man he was! I would like to add, I was a teacher in Loudoun County for seven years. In that time, the School Board member who we saw regularly in the schools was Warren. He came and talked to students and teachers very frequently, and he LISTENED. Mr. Geurin was always there with a kind word and was always ready to roll up his sleeves and get right down to the dirty work of making our schools a better place. He was above all, interested in and loved by the students. I sincerely hope that his family will be comforted by our community in this sad time. Your patriarch was dear to so many, and made such a difference in our County. May he rest in Peace.
