Obituary of Herbert F. Hallet

Herbert F. Hallet, age 93, died on September 7, 2008 at his home in Reston, VA. He was born on July 22, 1915 in Councils Bluff, Iowa to the late Roy E. and Pearl Reed Hallet. Herbert was the beloved husband of 64 years of Gwyneth Hallet, loving and devoted father of Jane Cherney of Reston, VA and Roger A. Hallet of Seattle, WA, brother of Reed Hallet of Petersburg, VA and Jack Hallet of Richmond, CA, grandfather of Brandon, Joel and Morgan, great-grandfather of Mark and William. Funeral services with full military honors will be held on Wednesday, November 26 th at 1pm at Fort Myer Old Post Chapel with burial at Arlington National Cemetery immediately following service.
