To all Jan's family: My heart aches at the passing of my friend. She was a wonderful person and a great friend. I have great memories of our gardening discussions and visiting her garden plot. I miss her very much.

I am so sadden to receive notice of the death of my friend Jan. I met Jan at the Tuesday Moring, having just moved to Reston from Texas. She brought me into the Garden Club and the rest they say is history. My stay in Reston was memorable, due to Jan. She was avery good friend and I will miss her.
