Hello -- Russ Volz, an old friend of Len's at Walgreens, was kind enough to send me the notice of Marge's death from the Chicago Tribune. I didn't know Marge, but I knew Heitz very well (he hired me in 1981 and I stayed at WAG 27 years, just retiring two years ago). Your mom must have been a great lady, because your Dad was something else. He is one of two people who most influenced my career (the other was Dan Jorndt, president and CEO for much of my time at the company). I would like to thank you once again for what your Dad gave me and for what your Mom must have given your Dad in order for him to be such a great guy.
