My thoughts and prayers are with Bill's wife, children, their spouses, grandchildren, and great grandchildren during this difficult time. I was blessed to have worked with Bill on the Senate Divsion and to have called him my friend. May you all be comforted in the knowledge that he was liked and respected by so many, and will be missed greatly. God's peace and comfort to you all.
