Obituary of Dorothy H. Huddleston

Dorothy Hoesel Huddleston, age 96 on Friday, February 4, 2011, Dorothy Huddleston a Johnson Center resident at Falcons Landing, Sterling, VA. Beloved wife of the late Col. Joseph J. Huddleston (USAF). Born in Winamac, Indiana, the ninth of eleven children of Charles & Nettie Hoesel. Dorothy was the last surviving sibling. She attended Indiana University and was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority for over 75 years. She was also a member of the DAR and Alpha Lambda Delta Honorary Society. Dorothy is survived by a son, Joseph Hayes (JoAnn) Huddleston; granddaughters, Julie (Ken) Freyberger and Jill (Chad) McClelland and Five great-grandchildren: Nicole, Alec and Brad Freyberger and Gwyn and Charlie McClelland. Dorothy's ashes will be interred in the Winamac cemetery. Expressions of sympathy in her name may be made to the charity of your choice.
