Obituary of Anna Theresa Jackowsky

Anna T. Jackowsky, age 90, died on December 19, 2009 at her home in Sterling, VA. She was born on December 4, 1919 in Elizabeth, NJ to the late Ferdinand and Anna Vrablic Palkovics. Anna was the beloved wife of the late Victor Jackowsky, loving and devoted mother of Anne Marie O'Grady and her husband George of Elizabeth, NJ, Dorothy Germain and her husband John of Sterling, VA, Rose Soper and her husband Walter of Hewitt, NJ, Mary Anne Jackowsky of Elizabeth, NJ, Margaret Rose Jackowsky of Howell, NJ and the late Victor Jackowsky, sister of Sister Regina Rose Palkovics of Convent Station, NJ, Sister Maria Anne Palkovics of West Orange, NJ and Mary Rose Palkovics of Pittsburgh, PA, proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 22 nd from 6-8pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at 11am at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 46639 Algonkian Parkway, Potomac Falls, VA. Interment will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Newark, NJ. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Capital Campaign.
