Dear Dianne, Ed, Emily, & Destiny – Auggie too! Our words of sympathy cannot ease the pain of your loss. Friday evening was such a shock when a knock came on our door and we learned of this great loss. We have known most members of the family since we moved in a few days apart in 2005 and formed a friendship across our back-porch decks. It will not be the same spending time on the porch without seeing and talking to Steve either while he was cooking on the grill, tending to Auggie or just shooting the breeze. Steve will be missed but never forgotten.
