Obituary of Thomas Roy Ball

Thomas Roy Ball, age 90, formerly of Great Falls, VA died on January 21, 2011 at Meadow Glen Assisted Living, Leesburg, VA. He was born on June 11, 1920 in Leesburg, VA to the late Shirley O. and Mary M. McDaniel Ball. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, Medical Corps during World War II serving in the Pacific Theater. Thomas was the beloved husband of the late Virginia "Ginger" Ball, brother of Mary Ann Bast of Charles Town, WV, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 25 th from 6-8pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 26 th at 11am at Salem Cemetery, Great Falls, VA. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made the Salvation Army, 615 Slaters Lane, Alexandria, VA 22314.
