Allen Hill King, age 78, of Herndon, VA died on November 11, 2008 at Reston Hospital Center. He was born on October 5, 1930 in Jacksonville, NC to the late Francis D. and Millie Bishop King. Allen was the beloved husband of the late Mary O. King, loving and devoted father of Phillip King of Herndon, VA and John King of Falls Church, VA, brother of Dalton King, Thelma King, F.B. King,, proud grandfather of Logan and Billy. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 15 th from 10am to 11am at Jones Funeral Home, 3280 Richlands Hwy, Jacksonville, NC, where funeral services will be held at 11am. Interment will immediately follow at Onslow Memorial Park, Jacksonville, NC.
