Anthony Thomas Krukowski, age 89 , passed peacefully on July 1, 2011. He is survived by his children, Debra (Krukowski) Ensell, Eric Krukowski, and Chad Krukowski and grandchildren; Zachary Ryan Krukowski, Annalea Rose Krukowski, Jacob Anthony Krukowski, and Tessa Eve Krukowski. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (Slate) Krukowski . Family will receive friends Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 PM at ADAMS-GREEN FUNERAL HOME, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA 20170. Church services will be held Friday, July 8, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Saint Theresa Church, 21371 St Theresa Lane, Ashburn, VA 20147-5344. Interment will be at Saint Paul's Cemetery, Weirton, West Virginia at a date to be determined.
