I’m so sorry for your recent loss. My deepest condolences to your family. Death of a loved one is never easy to endure, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Continue looking to God and you will always find comfort in him (2 Cor 1:3,4). He will soon destroy the enemy of death (1 Cor 15:26), and He will soon return our loved ones to us through the resurrection (John 5:28,29). Sending heartfelt condolences to Lyn, to the Moen family, and to the many many friends of Don. Don was my first boss at TRW when I came to the east-coast in the early 80's, and we continued to stay in touch with Don and Lyn over the years. He was a great friend and co-worker, and we always enjoyed his laughter and the many fun times with Don. He touched numerous people in a positive way and will surely be missed. RIP Don.

I am very sorry to hear of Don’s passing. We worked together for quite a few years and he was always willing to lend a hand and rally us all with his wit and humor. Years after he retired and I was dealing with my own illness I always remembered how he dealt with his illness and hospitalization with calmness and attitude of keep moving forward and don’t look back. My wife and I met Don and Lyn at a local restaurant in Herndon. We immediately realized a shared love of fine wine while dining with his friends John and Dee Benda. To our surprise we brought our friends John and Betsie Miklos with us one night and Betsie immediately recognized that she had worked with Don for many years in the early days of the computer business.
It was great fun to see them interact and discuss the ‘good old days’. We enjoyed getting to know Don and our shared passion for good wine. We will miss his zest for all things beautiful, his lovely wife Lyn and his love of fine dining and great wines.
