Obituary of Srinivasan Velamur Pathangi

“He taught us how to enjoy simple things in life.  He made mundane things interesting.  His passion for how things work, rubbed off on us.  He lived his dreams vicariously through us.  He never talked about money.  He lost his mother when he was 5.  His family was everything to him - Blood is thicker than water, he would say. A conversation on any topic, some classical music, an interesting read to pique his probing mind, some fried food – all these gave him great pleasure.  There’s an outpouring of messages coming through from great many friends and family, each reminiscing fondly on how he touched their lives.

He still lives with us through these memories!
