Dear Cross Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. I will always have fond memories of Kay. When I came to work at Dulles Internationational Airport in the late 90’s, Kay was working there at the time. I remember her warm welcome, kind thoughts, and constant smile.
May you find comfort in knowing she is with our Lord, and that her kindness lives on with the many people she has touched.

Ivo,
Please accept condolences from my husband (Leo J. Wink) and myself. Leo grew up in St. Francis Parish in Amarillo and distantly remembers Kay - his memories of Carl (Leo calls him Bernard) and Larry are more vivid. He remembers them water-skiing on the pond/lake on the Wink property. We know the loss of Kay is significant.
I also want you to know that the Alumni Group for St. Mary's Academy, Price Memorial College and Alamo Catholic High School have been notified of Kay's passing.
We offer our prayers of peace and comfort for you and your family.

Dear Ivo,
My sister and I are so sorry to hear about your loss. Our late mother, Ruth, was so fond of Kay. She spoke about her often and "introduced" me to her on several occasions.
I wish I had some magical words to say that would help to lift your grief, but there really are none. Please know that we are thinking about you at this so very difficult time.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend either of the two scheduled events due to work commitments, but my heart will be there with you. My sincerest condolences.

You lived life with your arms wide open, ready to embrace and love anyone and everyone. Thank you for your love and support, and for being such a wonderful Granny to Sean, Elise, and Sophie. We will always keep you in our hearts.
