I was privileged to know Jean through Bible Study groups at Floris United Methodist Church. What a treat! Jean always came in with a smile, encouraging word, always FUNNY!, and was immersed in the subject of the day.
When talking with Jean, I always left with a great feeling. She was so thankful for the gifts our Lord has provided, convinced in her faith of salvation, and being with our Lord Jesus after this brief time on earth.
Jean made name tags for the whole class and highlighted her hidden artistic talents. Jean was the Master of Highlighting and we all enjoyed that about her.
Jean was one of the kindest and thoughtful people I've ever known. All those in Heaven are smiling as Jean puts a smile on their faces from now to eternity.

I worked with. Jean in northern Virginia, at one point she was my neighbor.
I thought of you yesterday as I passed your apartment building,, just decided to type in your name. I find that. you departed this earth for Glory.
I will see you again beautiful soul, you always had a kind word . I thought your grands were blessed beyond measure to have you as a grandmother.
