I first met BJ when I was teaching at Fox Mill Elementary. She was was efficient, effective, always willing to help and her positive attitude and wonderful smile were infectious! I was lucky to vacation with BJ and two others every year for a very long time. We shared so many wonderful weeks filled with laughter, crafting and genuine friendship. My world will be smaller knowing BJ has departed, but I wish my friend Godspeed and I'll see you again, I'm sure! Patt Carney

BJ was a kind, generous, and loving person. She always put others before herself. It was a pleasure working with her at Fox Mill Elementary School. Her job included constant interruptions and she always had a smile for everyone. We had the pleasure of sharing much time after retirement. I will certainly miss her.

Bette Jayne was a part of my life for just a short while, yet she made such an impression on me. When you spoke to her, she listened intently, hanging on to every word. Then, that smile. That smile that told you everything you ever needed to know about her. Genuine. Trusting. I remember the way she looked at her great grandchildren, Bria and Adelyn. They would do something silly and she would giggle right along with them. Her family meant so much to her. They will miss her. And so will I.
