I am so sorry that I just recently heard the news of Mrs. Clark’s passing. She taught my son John in second grade at Seldens, and we have since moved to a different area. Mrs. Clark was a kind and caring teacher. She went above and beyond the call of duty. My son invited Mrs. Clark to his baptism, and I will never forget how pleased he was that she came. We still have the card she gave him on that occasion as a special momento. Please accept our deepest condolences. Thank you for sharing Mrs. Clark with us. She is a wonderful lady.

My favorite memory of my beautiful friend is our matching sweaters at Thanksgiving. It has been my honor to spend Thanksgiving dinners with Carolyn and her family. My heart aches for how much I miss Her. My prayers will always be with Bob, Max, Ross and Camille.

I met Carolyn at Seldens Landing Elementary. We were colleagues. I really got to know and understand what an amazing teacher she was when my daughter was blessed to have Carolyn for 2nd grade. She truly knew how to encourage my daughter to do her best, be the best version of herself, and she challenged her to no end, which my daughter needed. She was such an amazing person, friend, teacher, and colleague. My daughter and I send our sincerest condolences. The world of education will not be the same without her talented and loving presence.
