Obituary of Majeed Khalil Abed
Majeed Abed "Mike" (Age 66) An Oakton, Virginia engineer, entrepreneur, and businessman, founder and CEO of Cleaner4Less, passed away in a northern Virginia hospital on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. He was the proud and loving father of Ashley, Jeffrey, Lindsey, and Madison Abed, stepfather of Kimberley Moltzer; and grandfather of her four children, all of whom, along with his former wife Susan Abed, survive him. He is also survived by his loving siblings Najat Kafity, Nuhad Zacharia, Naila Asali, Wadad Abed, and Bassam Abed, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Khalil and Wadia Abed, and his sister Rudaina Melhem. Majeed was born in Nablus, Palestine and immigrated to the US with his family while a teenager. He earned a B.S in electrical and electronic engineering from Penn State and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He lived in Colorado and California before settling with his family in Oakton. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Visitation will take place Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 1:00pm-4:00pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA.
