Obituary of John Matthew Simons

John Matthew Simons, age 37, of Herndon Va passed away on July 27, 2021. He was born October 9, 1983 in Leesburg, Va to his parents Sharon E. and Mark L. Simons.  John was a brother to Scott W. Simons and Kerry A. Bitterman and is survived by his son Robert Glassman and several nieces and a nephew. In lieu of flowers the family recommends a donation, in his name, to the non-profit Gray Face Acres Senior Dog Rescue. https://www.grayfaceacres.org/ 

John had a passion for sports, whether band or soccer. John was an energetic soul with a wonderful personality. He did not know any strangers and always helped any person who needed help. 

Memorial to take place on Saturday, August 14, 2021  from 2 pm to 4 pm at the family home in Herndon.
