This is very sad to hear. Satya was the first person at work I met in Rochester, back in 1995 while working for Xerox. Since then our paths continued to cross many many times. We joined Oracle together in 1996, were placed on GE Aircraft Engines project in Cincinnati in 1996. I also met him in Malaysia when he moved there for GE and I was visiting. Later, after I moved to the Pittsburgh for Alcoa, he also joined the same engagement. I have very fond memories of working with him over the years but sadly lost touch several years ago. Having been sent this news is indeed very sad, may his soul Rest In Peace and thoughts & prayers for his family.

Very Sorry to hear the sad news.
Satya was my first supervisor when I landed in the US in 96. I owe him for inducting me into a new environment and helping me settle well.
My condolences to the family.
