Frank was taken too soon but will not be forgotten. I will always remember my times with him in DC. We will see him again in heaven.

Brother Dear, God called your name so softly that only you could hear. You are one in a million! You will be dearly missed by all. Many memories ranging from childhood days in PA, Arlington & Vienna, VA and throughout the years, including your 60th Halloween birthday celebration in Oklahoma. Your kindness and generosity will always be remembered. May there be a sunny Florida beach house in heaven awaiting you. Love, Your sister Connie & Dale

I worked with Frank at the IRS in Unisys capacity management for a number of years. He was a thorough, hard worker, very technically competent, and produced detailed reports and appraisals and did excellent reviews of others’ reports and work. When we had technical disagreements, he was right about 95 percent of the time. He was highly respected and valued. I am sorry he didn’t have more time to enjoy his retirement.

Frank will always be missed in the Unisys Capacity Planning Section in the IT Division at IRS.
A great Computer Analyst, who loved to mentor others. His favorite saying was "Oh one more thing".
My love goes to his love ones.
