I've known Toby since the 1960s, when she began dating my neighbor, Bill. While I can't say I knew her well, Toby was a lady very easy to like. Toby and Bill were older than I by several years and I didn't see them often, but the world was a better place just knowing that she was in it. She will be greatly missed by all those whose lives were touched by this remarkable woman. Lovely lady throughout her life, both inside and out!
