I reported up to Will via Angela Galyean at GeoEye. He was always very highly respected and was not only a great leader but a great person…. genuine and kind. He was good to us and we appreciated that so much. He will be remembered with kindness, respect and a smile. I think of him every time I see a Mini Cooper. This is such upsetting news. Bill and I grew up together....from elementary school through high school. Our elementary school days were spent walking to his home to watch Star Trek, recreate battle scenarios and roam the woods near our home.
I admired Bill and his family for their continued pursuit of higher education and strong ethics. I'm glad for our brief conversations in these later years and although never spoken, our love as friends and admiration for each others families was clear.
The Greeks say, "May his memory be eternal!" The memories of our early times will now rest with me.
I wish peace to your family and will try to get to San Antonio for him once the date is announced.
