I know Ajay mostly through Vijay and have met him couple of times . Brief interaction we had left a strong impression on me . He is extremely intelligent, yet very humble . What he made out of his education and career is an inspiration . Through his brother I have known him to be an extremely caring, kind and loving person. It is beyond sad to loose him at this young age . I do not have enough words to express sorry to his family . I pray his atma shanti and peace and strength and courage to family in this dark time .

I am so sorry for your loss!
I had the opportunity to work with Ajay at AstraZeneca where we both had a shared passion for paediatrics. I appreciated his kindness, openness and professionalism. I knew how his family was important to him. I was so sad to see him leaving for another company, but without any comparison with what I felt when I heard he had gone. I was not expecting what happened, this is so sad, he was too young to leave us, as I was really expecting our paths could cross again. I feel privileged to have known him.
For sure, Ajay will be missed!

Dear Satji, Renuji, Ritabetiya, Vijayji and Family,
Panna and I are shocked and saddened to learn about the sudden news of your beloved son Ajay-Pankaji's demise!
Granting, it is extremely hard for you all as his loving and caring Family, to be without his physical presence! But, the Lord took him away from us for a purpose! Knowing, how great he was, though short lived but he lived with such shining proud accomplishments, His Almighty the Supreme Lord must have found the need for him! Of course, he would be a HUGE loss to you especially the very close, near and dear ones, who would surely miss him immensely.
Please bring the memories back of beloved Ajay-Pankaji, with all the good things you did together and had good times with him and for what he provided the time of his life with all of you. At the age of 39, his contributions to corporate world and the community are remarkably significant in make an outstanding difference! Bless his soul!
As the saying goes; "here today - gone tomorrow, but, the memories and legacy remain with us forever". This was an Act of God and that too all of a sudden. All of you did what you could, and that too with all your sincerity, love and care to provide the comfort to Ajay-Pankajji till his last breath. That is why he left us peacefully!
Let us all celebrate this great man's sweet journey with prayers to His Almighty God that his blessed soul be taken to the world of eternal heavenly peace and also to give you all as family the inspired positive energy and strength to accept this as God's Wish!
We thank the Lord for the grace of freeing him without any painful miseries under His Almighty's directions of living life! We are made to believe, that soul never dies, it changes body and destination only. It is hard to digest this fact, but, prayers have the strength to give relief, and, also that our prayers reach to the soul.
