My heartfelt condolences to Tom and all of the family. I was privileged to get to know Nancy as my lovely neighbor just down the street in our Ashburn community. She was thoughtful, caring and she so loved her family. We shared the joy of our faith in Christ, attending Bible study together and sharing insights into how the Lord was working in our lives. She is sorely missed. I look forward to seeing her again one day in God's Heavenly Kingdom where she has been welcomed by His angels.

What a beautiful tribute that beautifully describes Nancy. Our deepest condolences for this loss to the whole Karam family. I have many fond memories of her from our years as neighbors in Flower Valley. She was a dear friend to my mother and she taught be how to bake (measure ingredients out first and clean as you go!). I can’t see a See’s candy shop without thinking of her. She was like a second mother to my sister Jean. I know she was so proud of her children and grandchildren and was looking forward to attending Grayson’s graduation in June. I know she will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
