Karen, Amy and Rodney....I am so sad to hear of Ronnie's passing. I was just telling a friend of my fond memories of The Sasher family and how that is how I always remember being in Herndon. My mom will now have a dancing partner again. Love you all.....still

The loss of Ron Sasher, who will always be Mr. Sasher to me, is profound. From about the age of 6, Mr. Sasher quickly became my other dad, as I was constantly in the Sasher home. I remember him for cracking corny dad-jokes before dad-jokes were even a "thing", and always smiling as he drank his Diet Coke and whipped up the best onion dip on the planet. Trips to "Sasher's Slope" at Bryce where Mr. Sasher taught me to ski, and hundreds of sleepovers with Amy bonded me to this family forever. I will miss Mr. Sasher's big hugs and generous spirit. I will miss the distinct way in which he spoke as he told great stories of his past. I will miss witnessing how much he enjoyed his family; both immediate and extended. I will miss knowing that I will see him the next time I visit. However, while he may not be with us on Earth, Mr. Sasher's spirit continues to live on in our hearts and I look forward to a heavenly hug from him at a later date. Mr. Sasher, you were a true one-of-a-kind, and I love you.

Lost for words! I've known Ronnie, for as far back as I can recall. All though I'm much younger, I knew him when his father had the drug store here in Herndon. He was one of my dad's favorite "McDonalds' breakfast gang buddies". Dealt with him for auto parts. All around great guy gone way too soon! Sasher family know that you are in my thoughts and prayers! Ronnie look for Jesse as you go through Heaven's gates. He'll be waiting for you with coffee in hand. RIP!
