I will always have memories of our childhood, sitting beside each other at Prospect C.M.E. Church and
memories of our teenage years, attending Carver High School, C/O 1968.
I talked with Marvin just about every week discussing sports and reliving our youth. Last time I talked with him was on Christmas Eve. Marvin and I grew very close over the years. Although I didn't know Christmas Eve would be the last time we would talk, I'm glad we did. Missing you Cousin, RIP.

Marvin epitomized so many of the qualities we were taught to respect those many years ago working the
cotton fields of West TN. He was respectful, honest, and appreciated the helping hands that had reached out to him at crucial
