Obituary of Paul Stephen Sutara, Jr.
Paul Stephen Sutara, Jr, age 80 of New Kensington, Pennsylvania, passed away in Fairfax, Virginia on April 4, 2023. Paul was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He retired from the United States Air Force with Distinguished Honors in 1981, after working on several Apollo programs, serving on assignments in the middle east and various places across the United States, and completing his service after 20 years at the Pentagon. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Louise, his two sons, Paul and James, his two grandchildren, Casey and Lauren, and great grandchild, Caleb. Paul was an avid sports fan who coached baseball and collected sports memorabilia, including millions of sports cards. For the past 13 years, he worked as a dedicated usher with his beloved Washington Nationals and was known and loved by numerous fans and associates. He will be immensely missed by his family, his friends, and his Nats family past and present.
