I have fond memories of David, or JD as we sometimes called him, from junior high through our days at Virginia Tech. He had a great sense of humor and was simply a wonderful down to earth guy. He was so excited about the arrival of his granddaughter the last time we communicated a couple years ago. My deepest sympathy to his family. There is never a time that I don’t think of him while driving through Bent Mtn and always tell my wife “That was JD’s house” as we pass by. You won’t be forgotten friend.

Dave and I worked together in the Worldgate office before I moved to Fl, since moving to Fl, Dave and I not only have been working on a project together but our talks about Hockey, as well as other sports have been some of the best times! The Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs beat out my Ice Flyers this past year also, will miss these talks with Dave, he was such a genuine person
