Obituary of Arthur Stuart Nachman

On July 25, 2023, Arthur Stuart Nachman died after a thirty-year battle with cancer.  Arthur was born in Washington, DC on February 13, 1954.  He was a partner in Nachman’s, Inc. He was also a commercial real estate broker with Long and Foster, and a former member of the Fairfax County Board of Equalization.   He was a past president of the Herndon Rotary Club.  He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sharon Stewart Nachman, his children Grace Elizabeth McDaniel (Michael), Stuart Nachman (Kristen), four grandchildren William McDaniel, Graham McDaniel, Caroline Nachman and Jennifer Nachman, and his brother, Howard A. Nachman. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 27 at 12 noon at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA. The family will receive visitors prior to the funeral service from 11 am to 12 noon. Interment to follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon.
