We are so saddened to hear of Grace's passing. She was a beautiful lady inside and out. We always enjoyed the times spent with Jack and Grace at FAA functions, so many Sterling Community gatherings back "in the good old days", and of course our years with our children at PVHS. Your family is in our prayers. What wonderful memories you have of such a lovely lady. Love Jon and Dee

We are so sorry for the passing of Grace. She was a wonderful part of our lives at Park View as a colleague and as a parent of Michelle and Carolyn, our students. Our prayers are for the family and those of us who loved her that we may find solace in the life she lived and the example she set.

We never met that I recall but working for the same company makes us family of a sort. I am a retired EAL Capt and was based in DCA 1965-1969. My sympathy is with your family and my prayers will be with you all. Maybe we will meet out West. Carl Stahl

My deepest sympathies are extended to the Roth Family. Grace was a touchstone to many of us in the PVHS family. Often as teacher and coach, I would go to her office not only for school business, but to visit a friend and to have a light moment in a busy day. Later, as an administrator, I counted on her for the important business of the school, she was a steady light. As a mother to PVHS graduates and athletes, Grace was a strong supporter to her children and the school's program. In fact, we all could count on her cheering The Patriots on. Grace was fun, smart and loyal. I'm so sorry not to be able to join the family in celebrating her life. I will be driving from Kansas on the 27th and the 28th. Nevertheless, I will be thinking of all of you during this difficult time. May God bless you.

Dear Jack and Family: I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Grace. She was such a part of our time at Park View, both academically and athletically. I was privileged to know Jackie, Ron, Michelle and Carolyn. I taught most and coached Michelle and Carolyn. Grace was always supportive and helpful in so many ways. I am fortunate to have remained in contact with you and your family even after we left Park View. I shall miss her and have you and the children in my prayers. Take some comfort in knowing she led a good life and befriended so many. Marjorie Lind sends her condolences also.

Grace was not only a pillar of her community, Sterling Park, she was also a guiding force at Park View High School. Many educators depended on her wisdom as they worked with the finances of clubs and activities. We in Loudoun County Public Schools are grateful for her family's involvement in our schools and for her work over many years at PVHS. She will be missed by all in her LCPS family.

To all of Grace's family; Grace was such an integral part of both the Sterling & the Park View community. She was a co-worker as well as a friend. Grace will be deeply missed by many but most of all by her loving family. It cannot be easy for you and I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Jack and Family: I'm so very sorry to hear about Grace. We worked together at PVHS from 1985-95. I don't know what I would have done without her to teach me about working in a high school office - the job, the personalities etc! We had a lot of fun. Thoughts and prayers go out to all of you at this difficult time. Sue and Herb Harman

She was so proud of her family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, and may all the fond memories of family gatherings be of compfort.

Dear Roth family, I have had the wonderful opportunity to know Mrs. Roth for only 21 months, but truly a delightful time. Her warm, loving personality, humor, graceousness, along with her ear to ear smile, along with many other attributes I will miss. I am truly blessed to have known her and some of her family (her husband and one daughter, Michelle). May God Bless all of you during this difficult time, but just know she is proud of each and every one of you and looking out for you each and every day. May you have comfort in knowing that many people including myself are very fortunate to have known Ms. Grace. Peace be with her and each of you. Lee Pintak

I am so sorry to hear of Grace's passing. We were at Camden Catholic HS together and I still remember her graceful dancing as one of the leads in our senior musical. Grace was a sweet girl and I am happy to hear she had such a happy, successful life. We had hoped to see her at the most recent reunion in Oct., but I guess she was too ill to be there.

To The Roth Families My sincere sympathies to all of you on the loss of Grace. I will always remember Grace and I working the portable snack bar for the softball & baseball games at PVHS. We had to lug all the food to stock it up for the each game and then back to the school. We sure did have lots of fun and laughs during that time. Grace was one of the back bones to PVHS. May she rest in peace.

I was so sad to learn of Grace's passing. She was such a wonderful person and friend to all of us teachers during her years as bookkeeper at Park View. I know I could always count on her to help me with any of the financial things I needed to take care of for our drama department, but I never failed to leave her office wearing a smile. She was so much more than "Bookkeeper". She was a good friend, and supporter of not only the sports progam but also the arts. She did so much for Park View and also Sterling, AND she was one heck of a good bridge player! My sympathies and prayers go out to Jack and the family, especially Michelle, with whom I was lucky to work in some shows at PV. God Bless!

Dear Jack and Family, It still is difficult to think about the fact that Grace is not here to share her many stories about family, friends, and life in general. I don't think Grace ever met a stranger. I am so thankful for having had the good fortune to work closely with her during my eleven years at Park View. She was someone I could always count on to be there to help out whenever necessary and to tell me exactly what she thought. Her loyalty and dependability were incredible and her bookkeeping skills helped me sleep well at night. No matter how challenging things could get, Grace always had the unique ability to weave in a story to put matters into perspective for us. My life has been richer for having had Grace as a colleague and friend. My prayers and thoughts go out to all of you at this most difficult time.
