My sincere condolences to the family of Col. Rogers. I was a nurse at West Falls Assisted Living from 2009 to 2011 and was very honored to have known Col. Rogers. His concern for all of the residents and his appreciation to the staff will be missed deeply as well as his enjoyment of mentoring local students.
