Hi Dad... It doesn't seem real yet to me that you are no longer with us. I know this isn't the end and that your eternal life continues. I love you so very much and miss you terribly. I am so happy that we all got to be together for your birthday in October and then again at Thanksgiving time. I know it meant so much to us and am sure it was you wanted too. Dad you were always the glue that held us all together and we relied on you more than you probably knew. Your story is not ending it will continue for generations to come. Like a novel there are many chapters to our lives. This is probably one of the toughest chapters yet, but we are strong like you and we will get through this. You started this story and your children and grandchildren will continue to write many more chapters in the years to come. I see you in myself and in each of my children. I see you in Donna, Diane, Kimberly, Jason and their children. Dad just look at all you did. You have changed lives and I am sure you have changed the world for the better. Rest and be in peace and know that you have done well, and we will all do you proud Dad...I promise you that... I love you so very much ... I am sure you are welcomed with loving arms in heaven and I am so thankful for a generous God that allowed us to have you with us as long as he did.

My brother was a great guy with great spirit. Anything he did, it was wholeheartedly. And loving and caring for his family was no doubt the biggest thing in his life. But I also pay tribute to his wife, Marilyn and to his daughters, Donna, Debra and Diane and to his grandchildren who gave him so much love right back and made his life. A big thank you to his wonderful family.
