Obituary of Peter Garcia

Peter Garcia, 81, of Arlington, VA passed away peacefully on Thursday June 7, 2012 at Arleigh Burke Vincent Hall in McLean, VA. Retired from the Office of Personnel Management in the Federal Investigations Program. Beloved husband of Diane Clark and loving father of April Garcia-Devers, Julie Ferrario, and Carol Mendis. He is also survived by many, many, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Sunday June 10, 2012 from 4-6 pm at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden Street, Herndon, VA 20170 where services will be held Monday June 11, 2012 at 11am. Interment Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon, VA. The family will host a reception at the Euro Bistro, 314 Elden Street, Herndon, VA 20170 following interment. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in his name to the Alzheimer's Association, 3701 Pender Drive #400 Fairfax, VA 22030.
