Jimmy….. Where do I even Begin There is not a day that goes by that I don’t think about you or miss you dearly. I just want to pick up the phone and hear your voice, just like all those nights that we were on the phone till all hours of the morning even when I had to get up for work, as long as we had each other I knew I could get through my days just fine. You were my rock that stood by me with everything and even when I wasn’t always making the right choices. As you would always tell me all you wanted was for me to be happy. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Dan, Jackie, Tim, Bridgette and my wonderful wife Stephanie. I will always have good memories of Jimmy. I very much enjoyed talking sports with him and sharing stories (even though he was a Redskins fan!). He had a huge heart, and he was always willing to help me with anything when he visited with us. You were so much fun to have around, especially when you were my "babysitter" and you would actually let me get into trouble...then bridge and my dad would yell at us when they got home. hahaa! remember beer pong with an aluminum ball?? You said "in my days we played beer pong with ping pong paddles!" hahaha I guess that was your excuse for being so terrible! :)the whole family is going to miss you being around and all the good times of you just hanging out on the back porch with us, and you always making fun of my boyfriends. Jim it was across the parking lot from the Church where we will celebrated your life today that I met you over 30 years ago. It was a friendship that clicked right away and eventually led to a brotherhood that lasted for over 3 decades. I will confidently say all that truly knew you would agree you had a heart of gold. It continues to be hard to grasp the concept you will no longer physically be here with us on this earth. My thoughts and prayers go out to Dan, Jackie, Bridgette, Stephanie. and Tim at this very sad time. Even though i didn't know Jim very well i remember visiting and meeting him for the first time many years ago. The thing i remember most about him was his gentle spirit. Also remember him for saving my mothers life when she was there for a visit and he was the only one home with her when she had a major heart attack. His quick action in calling 911 was the only reason she survived. Our family was always thankful to him for saving his grandmother. I pray that God will be with your family to get you through this heart breaking loss.

Jim, words cannot describe the feeling of loss that I feel. When we told Ayden that Uncle Jimmy had gone to live with God; Ayden asked, "Who is going to put my toys together for me at Christmas?" Uncle Jimmy always helped put Ayden's difficult toys like Transformers together...and then of course Ayden would "break" them apart and bring them back to Uncle Jimmy to fix.
