My heart goes out to CAPT Evans' family. I will say a prayer for the repose of his soul. I had the priviledge of having CAPT Evans as my skipper here at the Center back when we called NOSC, and then NRaD. I even worked on his office Mac. What I will remember most was when he would finish videotaped messages by "energizing" out of the picture, just as in, "Star Trek." I also felt honored to reconnect with him, albeit briefly, when my project brought me to demonstrate some technology at DHS. He's one of the best bosses to work for. I will miss him. CAPT Evans, until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
