DERRIG, Verna Marie, 76 Of Oakton, VA On Sunday December 16, 2012 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital Preceded in death by her husband Robert Derrig. Mother of Patti (Mike) Murphy of Chesterfield, MO, Donna (Rick) Shea of Lebanon, CT, Robert (Cheri) Derrig, Jr. of Mullica Hill, NJ and Jean Derrig of Oak Hill, VA. Grandmother of Michael, Kaitlyn, Liam, Colleen and Ryan and Great Grandmother of Mackenzie and Robert. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Elden St., Herndon, VA and on Thursday December 20, 2012 from 11 to 12 Noon at St. Mark's Catholic Church, 9970 Vale Road, Vienna, VA with a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 12 Noon Interment Fairfax Memorial Park.
