Jane and I met our first year of college at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1964. We quickly became friends, and that friendship never got stale from that day until Jane's passing. Rooming together during our senior year strengthened our bond. Though we lived many miles apart in different states all these years since college graduation, Jane and I kept our friendship alive through phone calls, e-mails, texts, and occasional visits.
