I fondly recall the wonderful memory of Marlene when she was Pat's fiance, and for a period of time before they were married, she stayed with us in our house on 2 Llandaff Road in Havertown, PA. I was so proud and excited to have Marlene become my sister (and Pat's new bride, of course). Marlene was just plain perfect - beautiful, intelligent, and funny. I sensed we hit it off real well too, and I was so proud to show her off to my friends as my new sister. How cool was all of that!!! I didn't know it at the time, but Marlene was truly God's blessing to our family! We miss her!
